This is a preliminary range for occupied commercial space. A professional facility walk-through confirms restrooms, floors, and access hours before a proposal. Free commercial walk-through through September 30, 2026. After that date, the $150 assessment returns and is credited in full to your first month on a 6-month recurring commercial-cleaning agreement. A first-month payment is required to start service. This secures staff and supplies for your facility before the first visit.
