What’s Included

Standard recurring janitorial scope

  • Occupied offices, workstations, conference rooms, and common areas — dust, wipe, and spot-clean
  • Restroom cleaning and disinfection each visit
  • Kitchen / breakroom surfaces, sinks, and appliance exteriors
  • Floor care: vacuum carpet and mop hard floors on the service cadence
  • Interior glass and entry glass within reach
  • High-touch disinfection (doors, switches, rails, shared surfaces)
  • Trash removal and selected standard liners when Palmetto supplies are included
  • Palmetto Peach Cleaning supplies included: normal chemicals, disinfectants, microfiber, tools/equipment, and selected standard liners
